Dipl.-Ing. Andreas Jilch
From concept to innovation – Understanding technology. Designing solutions. Shaping the future.
About Me
As an electrical engineer and automation technician in special-purpose machine construction, I bring many years of experience in concept development, project management, and human resources leadership. I combine solid technical expertise with a solution-oriented and structured approach to work. My academic background – a Bachelor’s degree in Smart Engineering of Production Technologies and Processes, followed by a Master’s degree focused on Industry 4.0 concepts and systems – has provided me with deep insight into modern manufacturing systems, digital processes, and intelligent automation.
Throughout my career, I have gained comprehensive experience across all phases of the technical development process – from project planning and cost estimation to design and electrical engineering (EPLAN), through to commissioning and PLC programming. I am particularly passionate about developing customized technical solutions for complex special-purpose machinery. These projects demand interdisciplinary collaboration, systems thinking, and a high level of precision – qualities I embrace fully. Innovation combined with practical application is especially important to me.
I work independently and reliably, but I also thrive in dynamic, well-coordinated teams – particularly when diverse technical perspectives come together to solve complex challenges. My goal is to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of industrial systems through intelligent automation, clear communication, and technical excellence – always with a focus on quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
