Your data is in safe hands with us! We are committed to protecting your data and take this responsibility seriously. This data protection information describes why and how data is collected and how it is processed when you visit our website.
2 What is personal data?
Personal data within the meaning of the GDPR is information that relates to persons whose identity is identifiable (e.g. name, contact details, email address, IP address).

We process your personal data
- to protect our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), namely to ensure the operation, security and optimisation of our website, or
- to process your enquiries submitted to us via the contact form or other enquiry forms on our website, by email or by telephone (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
SSL encryption is used to ensure that your data is transmitted securely. The website and mail server are hosted by the Austrian hosting provider ‘World4You’. Processing is carried out in accordance with the currently applicable data protection regulations.
No cookies are set on our website.
We use WP Statistics to track our website usage. WP Statistics logs all visits to our website but does not store any personal data. IP addresses are also anonymised. No cookies are set.
If you use our contact form to contact us, we will process the data you provide for the purpose of your enquiry (in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
In order to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, it may be necessary in some cases for us to disclose your data to the following recipients. This disclosure may take the form of transmission, dissemination or any other form of provision.
Our web server/web host may create log files in which your IP address may be stored. Log files serve to trace errors and are essential for the operation and security of the website. The creation and retention of log files is subject to the terms and conditions of our web host.

4 How long will your data be stored?
We will only store your data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which we collected it:
- Website access and error data (log files) are subject to the storage periods of our host.
- Contact form: for the duration of the business initiation/enquiry/business relationship.
5 What are your rights with regard to data processing?
We would also like to inform you that you have the right to request information about which of your data we process at any time (see Art. 15 GDPR for details), the right to have your data corrected or deleted (see Art. 16 GDPR for details), the right to restrict the processing of your data (see Art. 18 GDPR for details), the right to object to data processing (see Art. 21 GDPR for details), and the right to data portability (see Art. 20 GDPR for details).
If we process your data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time by email or post. This does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing carried out up to that point (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
If, despite our obligation to process your data lawfully, your right to lawful processing of your data is unexpectedly violated, please contact us by post or email (contact details) so that we can learn about your concerns and address them. However, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority or another data protection supervisory authority in the EU, in particular at your place of residence or work.
